Mr. Sears joined HP Investors in 2023 with over 10 years of prior real estate experience. He is responsible for leading the firm’s San Diego acquisition efforts.
Prior to HP Investors, Mr. Sears served as a Director at Harvest Properties, a leading San Francisco Bay Area-focused real estate investment firm. While there he acquired, managed, and disposed of nearly $2B of real estate assets. Prior to his tenure at Harvest Properties, he served on the real estate syndicated finance team at Wells Fargo Securities.
Mr. Sears holds a BS in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business and a Minor in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.
