In March 2013, HP Investors acquired an 81,515 retail center in Hawaiian Gardens, a suburb of Los Angeles. The Property was repositioned to attract national retailers, such as Walmart and Dollar Depot. In April 2015, the HP Investors sold the Property at a substantial profit.
